Federated Hermes completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Rivington Energy Management.

Federated Hermes, a global investment manager, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Rivington Energy Management, a UK-based renewable energy project development business. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to announce the acquisition of Rivington and welcome one of the most established teams in the UK energy transition sector to Federated Hermes.
