Rite Way completed the acquisition of Berg's Heating and Air Conditioning from Berg Enterprises.

Rite Way, a heating, air-conditioning and plumbing company, completed the acquisition of Berg's Heating and Air Conditioning (BHAC), the residential heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) division, from Berg Enterprises, a specialty contractor that provides turnkey mechanical, plumbing, and pipefitting services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Berg's Heating and Air Conditioning has built an impressive reputation through decades of quality service.
