Caffeinated Capital, Founders Fund, Lux Capital, Andreessen Horowitz-backed AMCA, a recently incorporated US company focused on advanced manufacturing technologies, completed the acquisition of Electro-Mech Components, a manufacturer of high-performance switching products used in the aerospace and defense industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. "My father and I spent decades building our business. AMCA was the only buyer during our sale process that cared to ensure our 60-year legacy carries forward and also had the engineering and manufacturing expertise to grow it," Terry Trumbull, Electro-Mech Components CEO.
