SeaFort Capital completed the investment in GHY International.

SeaFort Capital, a private equity firm, completed the investment in GHY International, a provider of customs brokerage and global trade consulting services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I have been impressed by SeaFort’s professionalism and the respect demonstrated for GHY’s legacy and values.
