Museum Studio to acquire a 51% stake in Lord Cultural Resources.

Museum Studio, a provider of cultural content and advisory solutions for museums, products, and distinctive institutions, agreed to acquire a 51% stake in Lord Cultural Resources, a company specialized in exhibition, events planning, cultural planning, museum facility, management consulting, and parks.
