Synopsis

ZOZO, a fashion technology company, agreed to acquire Lyst, a global fashion search platform that allows users to browse through thousands of online fashion stores, for $154m. “This is an exciting moment for Lyst, and a win-win for our fashion ecosystem of shoppers and partners as we move forward as part of ZOZO Group.
