Apax Partners backed-Norva24 Group to acquire Multi Marine.

Apax Partners-backed Norva24 Group, a Nordic infrastructure maintenance services company, is set to acquire Multi Marine, an Averøy-based provider of underground infrastructure maintenance and industrial cleaning services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We see Norva24 as a solid and long-term owner who will further develop what we have built up over many years.
