Strategic Value Partners and Blantyre Capital completed the acquisition of OQ Chemicals.

Strategic Value Partners, a global alternative investment firm, and Blantyre Capital, an investment manager, completed the acquisition of OQ Chemicals, a global producer and merchant of oxo chemicals.
