General Atlantic, a global investor, completed the acquisition of a stake in U.S. Urology Partners, an integrated urology platform, from NMC Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The investment strengthens the Company’s position as a partner to leading, independent community-based urology practices that enables them to focus on delivering premier care to the patients they serve.
