Lindsay Goldberg-backed Kleinfelder Group, an engineering, design, construction management, construction materials inspection and testing, and environmental professional services firm, completed the acquisition of Veenstra & Kimm, an engineering firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Kleinfelder has established itself as a leading provider of regulatory-driven engineering and professional services to blue-chip public and private clients.
