Vortex, a provider of trenchless infrastructure solutions, completed the acquisition of McAllister, a leading provider of trenchless water and sewer rehabilitation services in the UK and Ireland. Financial terms were not disclosed. "McAllister has an outstanding reputation in the industry, and its business model aligns seamlessly with our UK operations.
