Atland completed the acquisition of STAM Europe from Corestate Capital Holding.

Atland, an independent real estate group, completed the acquisition of STAM Europe, a real estate firm, from Corestate Capital Holding, an integrated investment and management platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition is part of ATLAND’s strategic development in third-party asset management and strengthens its capabilities with institutional investors by broadening its range of real estate products and strategies, particularly in key sectors such as logistics and core residential," Atland statement.
