Basel Medical to acquire Bethesda Medical.

Basel Medical, a provider of orthopedic and trauma services, sports medicine and surgery, orthopedic procedures, and neurosurgical treatments, agreed to acquire Bethesda Medical, a healthcare provider specializing in diagnostic imaging and outpatient care. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition is a natural progression of our partnership with Bethesda Medical. Their expertise in diagnostic imaging and outpatient services complements our existing orthopaedic clinics, allowing us to offer a more comprehensive healthcare network for patients in Singapore,” Raymond Cheung, Basel Medical Chief Executive Officer.
