Tarkett Sports completed the acquisition of Deluxe Athletics.

Tarkett Sports, a company specializing in innovative flooring and sports surface solutions, completed the acquisition of Deluxe Athletics, a "turn-key" athletic facility contractor. Financial terms were not disclosed. By acquiring Deluxe Athletics, Tarkett moved away from just selling turf and tracks to providing an exhaustive single-source solution. They can now handle a project from initial architectural design and master planning to construction, execution, and long-term maintenance.
