Lowe's completed the acquisition of ADG from Sterling for $1.3bn.

Lowe's, an American retail company specializing in home improvement, completed the acquisition of Artisan Design Group, a provider of design, distribution, and installation services for interior surface finishes, from The Sterling Group, a private equity investment firm, for $1.3bn.
