Midwest Fiber Networks to acquire Network Assets in Illinois from Everstream.

Midwest Fiber Networks, a provider of fiber network solutions, agreed to acquire Network Assets in Illinois from Everstream, a telecom company that provides fiber internet services to mid-sized and large enterprises and businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed. “MWFN is uniquely suited to provide and expand the high-quality services that Everstream customers in Illinois expect, and this transaction further advances our core market optimization strategy,” Ken Fitzpatrick, Everstream CEO.
