General Catalyst, a venture capital firm, led a $258m Series F round in Mainspring Energy, a clean power generation company, with participation from Amazon Climate Pledge Fund, DCVC, Temasek, Marunouchi Innovation Partners, M&G Investments, Pictet, Lightrock, LGT Bank, Khosla Ventures and Gates Frontier.
