IBA Capital Partners and Batipart Europe completed the acquisition of diversified Spanish real estate portfolio from AXA IM Alts for €300m.

IBA Capital Partners, an independent Spanish real estate investment manager specializing in prime assets, and Batipart Europe, a family-owned investment firm active in real estate and healthcare across Europe, completed the acquisition of diversified Spanish real estate portfolio, from AXA IM Alts, an alternative investment division of AXA Investment Managers, for €300m. “This transaction is the result of effective coordination and execution across a complex process, shaped by both the scale of the deal and wider market dynamics. Throughout our long-term ownership of the portfolio, the assets performed well, with our asset management teams driving performance and the sale culminating a strong result for our clients.
