Synopsis

KKR, a private equity firm, offered to acquire DATAGROUP, a German IT company, in a €450m deal. The management board and the supervisory board of DATAGROUP, which have approved entering into the investment agreement today, support the Offer which they consider to be fair and attractive and intend to recommend the acceptance of the Offer to the shareholders of DATAGROUP.
