Cargostore completed the acquisition of Environstore.

Cargostore, a provider of offshore cargo carrying units (CCUs), reefers, and intermodal containers to support logistics operations across the globe, completed the acquisition of Environstore, Aberdeen-based suppliers of specialist refrigerated containers and offshore storage solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition comes at a time of significant growth for all three companies and is the natural next step to collectively enhance our position as a global leader in the safe and timely delivery of the latest industry accredited refrigerated containers and temperature controlled units,” Greg Spence, Environstore Managing Director.
