Ingersoll Rand completed the acquisition of G&D Chillers and Advanced Gas Technologies.

Ingersoll Rand, a global industrial company, completed the acquisition of G&D Chillers, a manufacturer of industrial process chillers, and Advanced Gas Technologies, a company providing nitrogen generator systems and gas solutions, for $27m. “I would like to extend a warm welcome to the employees of G & D and AGT.
