Banco Santander-backed Lauria Partners completed the acquisition of a majority in Grupo Gutmar.

Banco Santander-backed Lauria Partners & Lauria Aero, a search fund, targeting high-tech industrial SMEs within Europe's defense and aerospace sector, completed the acquisition of a majority in Grupo Gutmar, a supplier of high-precision mechanical and mechatronic components for the aerospace, defense, and space sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Major aerospace and defense companies need reliable and capable partners to successfully navigate this new investment cycle, and GUTMAR has all the ingredients to be just that," Miguel Camino and Álvaro Horstmann, Lauria founding partners.
