ProSiebenSat.1, a media company primarily focused on entertainment and digital commerce, completed the acquisition of a 10.1% stake in Jochen Schweizer Mydays, a provider of experiences and adventure trips. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The complete takeover now enables us to position Jochen Schweizer Mydays perfectly for the future and, at the same time, to further simplify the shareholder structure of our majority shareholdings and to organize our portfolio even more clearly.
