Peninsula Capital-backed Neural Group to acquire Mentalia Health from DomusVi.

Peninsula Capital-backed Neural Group, a provider of neurorehabilitation services, agreed to acquire Mentalia Health, an operator of psychiatric and mental health facilities, from DomusVi, a company that provides housing, services, and care dedicated to the elderly. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This strategic move is fully aligned with DomusVi’s commitment to focus on our core areas in Spain: senior care, housing, and support services.
