AFC Industries-backed TFC Europe to acquire a Verucon Fasteners and Logistics.

AFC Industries-backed TFC Europe, a supplier of engineering products in Europe, specializing in fasteners, connectors, springs, industrial bearings, and industrial consumables, agreed to acquire Verucon Fasteners and Logistics, a specialist supplier of fasteners and services to a wide variety of manufacturing sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The manufacturing and supply management capabilities of Verucon are a great fit for TFC and add to our already extensive offering to manufacturers throughout Europe,” Morgan Burgoyne, TFC Europe President.
