DEG and STOA Infra & Energy completed the acquisition of a 49% stake in Yieldco Solar Platform in Vietnam and Thailand from GreenYellow for $28m.

DEG, a German development finance institution, and STOA Infra & Energy, an investment company focusing on infrastructure and energy projects, completed the acquisition of a 49% stake in Yieldco Solar Platform in Vietnam and Thailand from GreenYellow, a company specializing in the energy transition, for $28m. “We are delighted to be working with GreenYellow and STOA in Thailand and Vietnam.
