Alteri Investors Capital-backed Versandhaus Walz, a company specializing in multi-channel retail, with a focus on consumer products, agreed to acquire babymarkt.de, a digital company and specialist for baby and children's equipment, from Tengelmann Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on consumer-centric B2C and B2B businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed.
