New Mountain Capital-backed Cumming Group, an international project management and cost consulting firm, completed the merger with World Wide Professional Solutions, a provider of program, project, and construction management services for large-scale semiconductor facilities. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With a combined team of more than 2,700 professionals, our partnership with Cumming Group opens up new geographic markets and better positions us to help solve our clients’ toughest challenges,” Jeff Grillo, WWPS Senior Partner.
