Select Medical to acquire assets of Baptist Memorial Restorative Care Hospital.

Select Medical, an operators of critical illness recovery hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals, and outpatient rehabilitation clinics, agreed to acquire assets of Baptist Memorial Restorative Care Hospital, a non-profit long-term acute care hospital. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Select Medical has a proven track record of success in operating hospitals like Baptist Memorial Restorative Care Hospital.
