Hexagon, a provider of information technology solutions, agreed to acquire the Unified Communications Radio Suite software assets of CONET Communications, a high-performance communication solution for control centres capable of integrating diverse channels. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Seamless communication is an essential part of emergency response.
