Infosys to acquire MRE Consulting.

Infosys, an India-based global leader in digital services and consulting, agreed to acquire MRE Consulting, a company focused on energy consulting and technology services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The opportunities for our clients at the intersection of data, AI, and technology are vast.
