Star Pedal, a commercially active company, completed the acquisition of Nextbike, a European market leader in bike sharing. Financial terms were not disclosed. “By joining forces, we are taking city bike systems to the next level. We will operate under joint leadership, with representatives from Poland and Germany on the management board.
