Bauroc completed the acquisition of Precast Concrete Products Business of Framm.

Bauroc, a manufacturer of masonry materials, completed the acquisition of Precast Concrete Products Business of Framm, a producer of concrete products. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of the concrete precast products business allows the company to offer customers a wider and more comprehensive package of products and services, both in Estonia and in neighboring countries, supported by the existing sales network. In addition to the Bauroc solid stone house kit, Stoneroc foundation solutions will continue to be offered for all houses built from Bauroc products.
