Sapiens to acquire Candela for $22m.

Sapiens, a provider of software solutions for the insurance industry, agreed to acquire Candela, a software company, for $22m. "We will continue to support Candela's customers and products, increasing value across the entire insurance lifecycle and supporting insurers' digital transformations with a comprehensive product proposition and a diverse range of service capabilities," Roni Al-Dor, Sapiens CEO and President.
