Nexus Point-backed Encor completed the acquisition of Creative Zone.

Nexus Point-backed Encor, a regional corporate, trust and fund services platform headquartered in Hong Kong, completed the acquisition of Creative Zone, an UAE-based corporate service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted with the acquisition of Creative Zone.
