Investindustrial completed the acquisition of DCC Healthcare from DCC for £1.05bn.

Investindustrial, a European investment firm, completed the acquisition of DCC Healthcare, a provider of medical and diagnostic products, from DCC, a company delivering future-focused solutions across energy, healthcare and technology sectors, for £1.05bn. "The completion of the sale of DCC Healthcare and the return of a further £600 million in proceeds to our shareholders later this year are two important steps in this process.
