Hartmann Packaging to acquire Dentaş Romania.

Hartmann Packaging, a manufacturer of moulded fibre egg packaging, fruit packaging, agreed to acquire Dentaş Romania, a company specializes in the production of moulded fiber packaging solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition is a strategic step in expanding our European footprint by adding production capacity and broadening our product range in key growth markets. Integrating Dentaş Romania’s capabilities will enable us to better serve our customers and meet the growing demand for sustainable packaging solutions," Torben Rosenkrantz-Theil, Hartmann Packaging CEO.
