Zhone Technologies completed the acquisition of DZS.

Zhone Technologies, a fiber optic broadband and cloud software solutions provider, completed the acquisition of DZS, a company specialized in fiber access, optical telecommunications networking, and cloud software technology. Financial terms were not disclosed.
