Fikka Software completed the acquisition of Finland printing business of Louena.

Fikka Software, a printing services company, completed the acquisition of Finland printing business of Louena, a fiber optic operator. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This transaction gives Lounea an even stronger opportunity to focus on ICT infrastructure services and especially on our core competencies: corporate fiber optic and network solutions, information security and IT expert services. Although printing services will be separated from Lounea, customers will still remain in common through other services.
