Glenfarne to acquire a portfolio of solar and BESS assets in Chile from METLEN for $815m.

Glenfarne, a developer, owner, and operator of energy infrastructure assets, agreed to acquire a portfolio of solar and battery energy storage system assets in Chile from METLEN, an industrial and energy company, for $815m. "This transaction represents a significant step in Glenfarne's commitment to further expanding our presence in Chile's renewable energy sector and continued growth in our business relationships with METLEN.
