EMZ-backed Axdis to merge with POwR.

EMZ-backed Axdis, a residential segment HVAC and photovoltaic solutions provider, agreed to merge with POwR, a provider of photovoltaic materials for commercial and industrial buildings. Financial terms were not disclosed.
