Bregal Milestone-backed Ridango, a provider of mission-critical public transportation software, completed the acquisition of uTrack, a Dublin-based company specializing in public transport software. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of uTrack represents a strategic leap forward for Ridango.
