Vortex Companies completed the acquisition of Prism Contractors & Engineers.

Vortex Companies, a trenchless water and sewer infrastructure solutions company, completed the acquisition of Prism Contractors & Engineers, a full-service engineering and contracting firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
