Marriott International, an American multinational diversified hospitality company, completed the acquisition of citizenM, a Netherlands-based, global hotel developer, investor, and hotel chain, for $355m. “As travelers continue to seek innovative lodging offerings that blend technology with genuine, people-first hospitality, the citizenM brand is the perfect addition to our portfolio.
