Brødrene A & O Johansen to acquire VS-eksperten.dk.

Brødrene A & O Johansen, a Denmark-based wholesaler of technical installation materials and supplies to the construction industry, agreed to acquire VS-eksperten.dk, an online platform for plumbing and heating products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With the acquisition of VVS-eksperten.dk, we take an important step in expanding our digital presence. The domain has a strong brand and customer base, which will complement our existing e-commerce activities.
