Jonas Europe completed the acquisition of Wheatley Software Solutions.

Jonas Europe, a provider of vertical market software solutions and part of Jonas Software, completed the acquisition of Wheatley Software Solutions, a UK-based developer of specialist software for the utilities sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to join Jonas Europe, as the next step in our journey, at what is a very exciting time of change in the UK utilities sector...
