Fremman Capital, an independent Pan European Private Equity firm, completed the acquisition of Amethyst Radiothérapie Group, a European cancer care provider, specializing in radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and diagnostic imaging, from The Rohatyn Group, Goldenberg Family.
