Develia to acquire the Polish business of Bouygues Immobilier for €66m.

Develia, a residential property managers company, agreed to acquire the Polish business of Bouygues Immobilier, one of the leading developers in France and Europe, for €66m. Bouygues Immobilier Polska sp. z o.o. focuses on residential projects and, as of 31 December 2024, has investment potential comprising ongoing projects of approximately 1,300 units, and projects secured under preliminary agreements enabling the development of approximately 2,800 units. These projects are located in Warsaw, Wrocław, and Poznań.
