NGE completed the acquisition of Element Terre.

NGE, a construction and civil engineering company, completed the acquisition of Element Terre, a company specializing in the treatment of polluted sites and soils. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition of Element Terre enhances NGE’s subsidiary Berengier Depollution’s capabilities in contaminated site and brownfield remediation.
