Kohlberg and IMCO completed the acquisition of a majority stake in RESA Power from Investcorp.

Kohlberg, a private equity firm, and IMCO, Ontario's professional asset manager, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in RESA Power, a provider of electrical testing, transformer services, engineering studies, and custom equipment solutions, from Investcorp, a global alternative investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "RESA Power plays a vital role in keeping critical electrical infrastructure running safely and efficiently.
